This is a transcript of a discussion about Libya’s future. The first speaker, Elham Saudi from Lawyers for Justice in Libya, comments on the process of constitution-writing and the importance of engaging with and listening to the population. The second speaker, John Hamilton from Cross-Border Information, looks at the security situation, particularly the ongoing negotiations with Ibrahim Jadran and the Cyrenaica People’s Political Bureau, and the implications of these for security and economic stability in the country.
