This paper argues that during 2013 Iran become one of the most active players in the international cyber arena and that this was made possible by the country's easing of restraints on cyberspace activity and the advancement of its cyber warfare system. The author also contends that this improvement in Iran's cyber capabilities means that Israel and other Western countries must work decisively and systematically to maintain their superiority in cyberspace.
