This publication provides a collection of articles that explore the ins and outs of the English School of International Relations. The individual contributions focus on the School’s utility in studying China’s expanding role in international relations, its work on human rights, its usefulness in analyzing the US response to the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, its concept of a world society, its value in exploring the BRICS’ impact on international affairs, and its pluralist and 'solidarist' accounts of transnational society.
