This paper sets out 12 conclusions regarding Israel's strategy to prevent Hamas’ rocket attacks into the country which began in July 2014. The author also explains how this strategy, called “Operation Protective Shield”, differs from Israel’s previous strategies to deal with threats emanating from Palestine.
