This is a transcript of a speech given by NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, in which he discusses the main issues that the alliance will address at its 2014 summit in Wales. These include 1) NATO's policy toward Afghanistan; 2) how to strengthen the collective defense in NATO; and 3) how NATO should approach its engagements with other international organizations and nations.
