This brief does indeed look at the past, present, and future of NATO’s cyber defense capabilities. It contends that although the Alliance has matured significantly in its understanding of the threats it faces and its ability to respond to them, there are still a number of recommendations Brussels should respond to in order to strengthen its cyber defenses.
