This is a transcript of a panel discussion of the effectiveness of the international response to the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Africa and around the world. Some of the particular topics covered by the discussants include how the UK and Médecins Sans Frontières have responded to the crisis as well as ways of preventing such outbreaks in the future.
