In particular, the author 1) discusses the level of human control over AWS; 2) the legality of AWS technologies in the existing international legal framework and under international humanitarian law; and 3) the questions raised by autonomous or semi-autonomous systems over the attribution of responsibility. The author also examines Poland's priorities in debating the legality and use of AWS.
