This publication contains two papers which explore China’s power, activities and intentions in the area of cyberspace. The first paper examines whether China is waging an economic war in cyberspace to undermine the economies of Western countries and the second paper looks at Beijing's cyberspace policy and the way in which the country perceives how the Internet can be used as an instrument of power.
