Following the expiration of the November 2014 deadline in the nuclear non-proliferation talks between the EU3+3 and Iran, this commentary discusses the chances of an agreement being reached between the two sides. In particular, the author focuses on Iran's isolation in the international environment and the domestic challenges within the Islamic Republic that could complicate future non-proliferation negotiations.
