This paper discusses some of the factors that could influence the formation of a coalition government in Moldova in 2015 as well as the issues the author believes any coalition should tackle once it is in place. In particular, the author suggests that once a government is established, it should 1) set up a program of internal reforms aimed at ending endemic corruption in the state; and 2) set out a vision for how to resolve the conflict in Transdniestria.
