Publication

This paper discusses what NATO can do to deal with the numerous challenges it faces, including those created by Russia's involvement in the 2014 Ukraine crisis, the rise of the Islamic State (IS) and military budget cuts in the West. In general, the author suggests that NATO will have to focus more on security cooperation with its partners in its efforts to deal with security challenges.
