This paper provides an overview of the impact of the Russia-Ukraine crisis on EU governance in the areas of security, energy and migration and takes a closer look at how this, in turn, could effect Poland and Norway. The author argues that the crisis will influence and is an important factor in the EU’s process of policy formulation. He then provides a list of recommendations to the EU on how to adapt to the new situation. These include fostering closer EU and NATO cooperation for defense and security.
