This is a transcript of a speech by UK MP and Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Douglas Alexander on the foreign policy challenges that will face his country in the near future and some of the key global trends that could shape these challenges. He also discusses the principles that his political party, the Labor Party, would use to guide its foreign policy if they were to win the 2015 general election.
