Publication

This paper discusses defense cooperation in the European Union. The author examines the differing political interpretations of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) within the Union and questions the actual military objectives of the EU. The paper evaluates the development of the CFSP and assesses the possible future consequences of European security policy applications.
