This publication comments on the Framework Agreement on the Iranian nuclear program reached by Teheran and six world powers in April 2015. The author points out that the agreement does not yet constitute a comprehensive accord and is contingent on reaching a final deal by 30 June 2015. The long term success of such a deal will then depend on whether it is possible to build trust while establishing reliable verification controls.
