This paper points out that the April 2, 2015, interim nuclear agreement between the P5+1 countries and Iran is problematic for Israel as it leaves the Islamic Republic within only a few months of acquiring a nuclear weapon capability. The author discusses some of the options which Israel and the US have for preventing Tehran from acquiring a nuclear weapons capability and puts forward six scenarios on how the situation may develop if further talks on Iran's nuclear capabilities succeed or fail.
