This paper is a transcript of a panel discussion on how the livestock sector contributes to global greenhouse emissions and how rising meat consumption will affect the ability of governments to tackle climate change. The speakers also discuss global public awareness of the impact of dietary choices on the environment and how diets could be shifted away from meat and dairy products.
