This book discusses Integrative Simulations (i.e., IN-simulations) and how they can be used to train individuals, groups and organizations to improve their negotiation and mediation skills. Basically, IN-simulations are face-to-face role-playing exercises that 1) run over a period of at least two days; 2) are based on real life conflicts, to include their psychological dynamics; and 3) feature a broad spectrum of learning techniques, which are applied by feedback-oriented instructors.
