This is a transcript of a panel discussion on Europe’s relations with its neighboring regions. In particular, the panelists look at 1) how the EU and its member states are dealing with the crisis in Ukraine and the threat it poses to the West; 2) Georgia’s foreign policy vis-a-vis integration with the West; and 3) Turkey’s relationship with Europe and how accession to the EU seems unlikely in the foreseeable future.
