This is a transcript of a panel discussion on the findings of the Chatham House report "The Russian Challenge", which examines the foreign and domestic policies Russia is pursuing under President Vladimir Putin as well as their implications for the West. The report suggests that Moscow's existing policy will not only lead to an increasingly dangerous situation for Europe, it will also prove costly for Russia.
