This paper summarizes the results of a Mediation Support Network meeting that took place in Chiapas, Mexico in November 2014. The paper’s authors particularly 1) stress the need to include the optimum number of stakeholders and issues in negotiation processes; 2) highlight different strategies and formats of inclusion that can be applied in different circumstances; and 3) use the Chiapas region as a case study to support their overall point.
