This paper examines the "post-neutralism" of the Finnish and Swedish policies on NATO and the EU as security organizations. The authors analyze the similarities and differences in the security policies of these nonaligned EU members and their attitudes towards NATO and the EU as security organizations. The paper concludes with an assessment of the possibilities for future changes in the basic security policies of Finland and Sweden.
