In this transcript, David Cameron describes how he plans to renegotiate the UK's relationship with the EU. More specifically, he 1) clarifies why the scheduled British referendum on EU membership matters, and 2) presents the pros and cons of remaining within the Union. Indeed, as Cameron sees it, the EU will continue to face four major challenges in the future -- the problem of economic governance and the Eurozone; lagging European competitiveness; the unresolved tension between sovereignty and subsidiary; and the absence of proper immigration policies and measures.
