Have the November 2015 terrorist attacks in Paris pushed the internal and external parties involved in the Syrian Civil War to reappraise their military strategies against the so-called Islamic State? According to the authors of this report, there have been no substantive alterations in their strategies thus far and few changes to their “maps of interests.”
