In this transcript, Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Javad Zarif argues that zero-sum thinking among nations must be replaced by positive-sum accommodation, particularly in the Middle East. While exploring this general theme, Zarif also takes the measure of 1) ongoing conflicts in the region, 2) Iran-Saudi Arabia relations, 3) the security and cooperation arrangements that exist in the Persian Gulf, etc.
