This paper analyzes the agreement reached between Turkey and the European Union in March 2016. More specifically, it looks at the agreement’s content and scope and its 1) practical feasibility, 2) questionable compatibility with European values, and 3) potential impact on a Turkish-Israeli rapprochement.
