This paper provides suggestions on how to best deal with the threat of nuclear terrorism. The author examines the technical aspects of the revised nuclear threat and identifies strategies for diminishing the risk of nuclear terrorism. The paper states that the material, the technology, the know-how and also the motivations for nuclear terrorism have become more exploitable than ever before.
