This paper discusses the nuclear danger posed by a potential US-led war against Iraq. It investigates whether or not Iraq possesses nuclear weapons, whether Iraq's pre-1990 nuclear capacities could have been reinstalled and whether Iraq has been able to hide parts of its nuclear weapon program. At the same time, the author examines the chances of allied coalition forces using nuclear weapons in a war against Iraq.
