This paper presents an assessment of the Norwegian program for indigenous peoples in Guatemala. The authors evaluate Norwegian program activities and contributions in the fields of land rights and bilingual education. The paper summarizes the results of the program assessment and provides a set of recommendations for future changes and adaptations.
