Publication

This paper assesses the stability and the prospects of the newly independent state of Montenegro. It further outlines the consequences for the regional stability of Montenegro’s emergence. The author calls upon the EU to promote reform within the whole region, Montenegro included, in order to move the region toward Europe and stability.
