This publication explores the possibilities for a resolution of the question of Kosovo’s secession from Serbia. The author argues that the international actors have to set their own agenda right and move from the page dominated by political and lobby rhetoric to one characterized by logic and legality, with the preservation of international order as the key common denominator.
