Feb 2001

This publication examines the prospects for political renewal in Yugoslavia, following the departure of former President Slobodan Milosevic in late 2000. The author explains that while the international isolation of Yugoslavia has formally ended, a number of serious problems remain such as support for President Kostunica's government and the existence of a substantial national reform agenda. The publication provides an outlook on the political future and national development of Yugoslavia.
