This report by the United States Institute of Peace discusses the security environment and democracy building in Bosina and Herzegovina. The paper highlights some achievements of the international community but, however, points out the lack of political will to do more. The paper calls for more active actions in establishing the rule of law, combating crime and reorganizing the economy.
