This report discusses the Bosnian constitution and the country's prospects for EU membership. It sketches the requirements that need to be fulfilled for Bosnia to be eligible for membership and analyzes the Venice Commission Report on issues related to the constitution and the prospects of membership. The authors outline the positions among politicians and political parties in Bosnia and demonstrate the proposed constitutional amendments.
