This report examines Macedonia’s peace agreement, the Ohrid Framework Agreement, in light of the country’s September 2002 parliamentary elections, which brought a new coalition government to power. The paper proposes a set of recommendations to Macedonia’s officials and US and EU policymakers who are involved in the agreement’s implementation.
