Publication

This paper provides advice on how to integrate Kosovo into the world community. It focuses on security, economic and political dimensions. With regard to the security aspects, the authors suggest a comprehensive regional security pact embedded in the OSCE regional framework. With regard to economic reforms, they suggest measures against corruption, ties to the EU and progressive economic integration. Finally, they suggest that the states of the region move toward institutionalizing political cooperation.
