This report presents the results of the project "International Assistance for Implementing the Programme of Action on the Illicit Trade of Small Arms and Light Weapons" (PoA). It summarizes how the PoA addresses international assistance and describes the methodology for compiling and interpreting the data of a global survey on international PoA assistance. The report focuses on the global perspective of international assistance and concludes with a summary of the project findings.
