This paper contends that with the advent of global digital transformation, supply chains are changing, with increasing risks and threats to their security and integrity. This highlights the need for internationally shared, adoptable and scalable solutions that could address cyber threats to supply chains through cooperative efforts involving governments, industry and other stakeholders. To help move things forward, the text’s authors assesses current efforts to deal with information and communications technology (ICT) driven challenges to supply chains as well as how to advance related normative initiatives.
