This bulletin recaps a luncheon discussion program on US-ASEAN relations hosted by the East-West Center on 25 October 2007. It focuses particularly on ASEAN relations with Burma and best practices for advancing democracy in Burma. It also considers China and India's leverage in Burma, but dismisses it as unreliable. It concludes with an outlook for the third East Asian Summit on 21 November 2007.
