Publication

This text describes the composition and structure of the Ukrainian armed forces, their present lack of preparedness, and their resulting inability to match the capabilities of the Russian military. Given the pressures which Ukrainian forces are under, it’s no surprise that restructuring and strengthening them is proving to be difficult, but not impossible.
