This publication discusses the political system within Russia and argues that President Vladimir Putin's leadership is becoming more authoritarian as his influence increases. The author is particularly concerned about Putin's constitutional role after his two terms of office expire. He concludes by arguing that the next post-election leadership is likely to be more nationalist and authoritarian.
