This publication provides a translation and commentary of a Russian article on expanding the definition of invasion. The author argues the term should include attacks on a country's information space and humanitarian intervention on its territory without its consent. The translator concludes that given the original author's biography, he is a man whose name will be one to watch out for in future, particularly whether or not his views lead to debate within the ranks of the Russian military.
