This publication discusses Russia's perception of the international system and its shift towards unipolarity led by the US. The author argues that Russia is aware of its limited abilities and is therefore cultivating relationships with the EU, China, India and Iran. The publication concludes that a close Russian-EU partnership could significantly enhance Moscow's ambition of bringing about a multipolar international system.
