This paper explores the link between business and politics in South Africa. It maintains that unless regulated, political party funding promises to emerge the biggest test to South Africa's sanctified separation of powers. As a case study, it analyzes the Chancellor House, a corporate front employed by the ruling African National Congress (ANC) to seek profit on its behalf.
