This paper explores the adverse potentialities of climate change and migration in Africa. It illustrates Africa's dependency on natural resources and argues that this condition presents Africa with potentially severe adaptive problems in dealing with the twin effects of climate change and population growth. The author calls on Africa and its partners to work together to reverse deforestation, save green lungs, manage cities and grow food for Africa's hungry millions.
