The James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) is part of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, which is the largest NGO in the United States that focuses on combating the spread of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). CNS helps pursue this end by training next-generation nonproliferation specialists, performing WMD-related research and analyses, and openly sharing the latter results.
