Switzerland was elected by the UN General Assembly as a non-permanent member to the UN Security Council. CSS' Fabien Merz tells RTS Le Journal de 6h30 that Switzerland can certainly achieve considerable results, but expectations must remain realistic because the body is still dominated by the permanent members and the war in Ukraine has only reinforced these dynamics.
