The current CAD looks at the issue of entrepreneurship in Georgia and Armenia. In both countries, small and medium-sized businesses have developed considerably over the past years. Entrepreneurs however still face considerable challenges resulting from a difficult economic and political environment. Corruption, lack of protection for investments and property, and the complexity of the tax administration are obstacles which need to be overcome and addressed by governments.
