Thinking About Post-War Ukraine

As the war in Ukraine continues, it is not too early to consider the significant financial assistance that will be required to help Ukraine recover, once the war comes to an end. Hence, CSS' Henrik Larsen thinks about the post-war Ukraine by laying out a a road map for how to ensure a functioning Ukraine in this article published in the Texas National Security Review. Although the transformative experience of the war may lead to qualitative change within Ukraine, it is argued, clear and measurable conditions for aid are needed.
